Why  Do We Do  It? Why are we so passionate about building networks?

Networks are the foundation of every health plan. Without the right kinds of providers and the right number of providers, your members won’t be able to access the care they need and are expecting. Members are paying premiums for their benefits, and they justifiably want convenient access to care. And yet, especially with specialty care networks, health plans outsource these networks and have almost zero control over quality, size, or even patient care.

The Zula Health approach is different. We don’t build proprietary networks and then turn around and resell them. We build custom networks for each client that serves the specific needs of their members. Then we hand over the network for the plan to credential and contract. This way, the network belongs to the health plan and to the member. This ensures both a focus on continued network quality and a network management strategy that minimizes any member disruption.
